Shipping and Return Policy

We handle gemstones with care — and we ask our clients to do the same.

Returns are accepted only in cases of incorrect items and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom or client-specific orders are non-returnable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Clients are responsible for return shipping and insurance during transit.
